Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff to maximize performance
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety leadership skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Proven ability to manage KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and safety metrics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
