Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 12+ staff with performance metrics and training programs
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for peak productivity
- Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ employees
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification required
- Associate degree in Logistics/Business or equivalent experience
- Experience with JIT inventory management preferred
