Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum productivity
- Train staff on new equipment and procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
