Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean methodologies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound flow
- Analyze KPIs to reduce costs and improve productivity metrics
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, WMS systems)
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forlift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong leadership with proven team development track record
- Expertise in inventory control and cycle counting
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
