Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred but not mandatory due to our paid training program.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory software.
