Apex Supply Chain Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on efficiency, safety, and employee development. This is a remote-friendly hybrid position (2 days in Tampa office, 3 days remote management) designed for leaders who excel at optimizing processes and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to minimize accidents and maintain a secure working environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage stock discrepancies, and implement inventory control systems to optimize storage space and reduce waste.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee the routine maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to ensure operational readiness.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on productivity, labor hours, and inventory variances for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.
- Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator Certification and/or Certified Professional in Supply Chain (CPSC) is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and successfully meeting operational KPIs under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
