Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates with performance evaluations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate with transportation for timely deliveries
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WMS)
- Pass background check and drug screening
