Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient inbound/outbound operations
- Utilize WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for inventory tracking
- Conduct daily warehouse walkthroughs and process audits
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules for forklifts and conveyors
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
