Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and loading
- Analyze operational metrics to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership abilities with team-building experience
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
