Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload temperature-controlled shipments from trailers and trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including freezer and cooler areas.
- Monitor product quality and temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from -10°F to 35°F).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Valid High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
