Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to prevent loss and damage.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
- Manage loading dock operations and ensure timely dispatch of outbound shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
