- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 10+ team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and reduce losses
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular safety training and enforce OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
