- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff daily
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement safety protocols achieving OSHA compliance
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipments
- Manage warehouse audits and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA/Forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
- Valid California Driver's License
