Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of high-volume inventory
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory audits and cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident workplace culture
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in inventory management and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety program implementation
