Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure performance targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate maintenance activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification required
