Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehousing practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and manage dock schedules
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and safety audits

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for inventory optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
