Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement accurate stock control procedures.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
