Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maximize productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines and optimize routes.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CP, LF, or RF preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
