Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
- Forklift certification and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
