As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and scheduling shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with logistics managers to meet delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with WMS software.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
