Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs for warehouse machinery.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Lead safety drills and conduct toolbox talks with the team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Certified forklift operator (we provide training if you are experienced).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
