Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, implementing procedures to reduce shrinkage and waste.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven track record of managing a team and meeting KPIs.
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
