Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and equipment handling
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage shift schedules and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No warehouse experience required—training provided!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
