Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks
- Scan and sort inventory with RF scanners for accurate tracking
- Maintain organized warehouse staging areas for efficient operations
- Operate forklifts (certification provided) for bulk material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
