Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with remote team leads via digital tracking systems
- Participate in weekly virtual process improvement meetings
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Complete remote training modules for new technologies
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for remote task management
- Valid California forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
