Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety procedures and best practices
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain OSHA compliance and foster a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WMS systems)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
