Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-15 warehouse staff during receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Train team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and inventory management
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily production targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless logistics execution
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (required for site transport)
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
