Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse team members daily
- Optimize inventory control procedures and accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and dock operations
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Train staff on WMS systems and equipment operation
- Conduct performance reviews and team development
- Manage warehouse budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
