Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, and cycle counting activities
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum productivity and space utilization
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; WMS experience beneficial
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
