Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff and daily shift operations
- Implement OSHA safety standards and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
- Manage warehouse layout improvements and equipment maintenance
- Generate operational reports for senior leadership
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Leadership experience or supervisory aptitude
