Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Train and mentor staff on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Implement lean principles to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Manage performance metrics and productivity reports
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
