Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize shipping schedules and reduce delivery times.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to ensure forklifts and pallet jacks are in working order.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred, but we offer paid training for qualified candidates without experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a bonus but not required.
