Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean principles to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts/audits
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
- Train and develop staff through performance reviews and skill-building programs
- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in union/non-union environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Strong communication skills for remote/on-site team coordination
