Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor part-time warehouse associates to ensure productivity and quality standards
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve OSHA compliance
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management success
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic math and inventory management skills
