Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inventory flow
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Lead safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and development
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site presence
