Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with logistics team to maintain efficient supply chain flow
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct remote team meetings and virtual performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ in leadership roles
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual communication tools
- Proven ability to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
