Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate team of 15+ warehouse associates in hybrid/remote settings
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and report operational metrics to senior leadership
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless supply chain flow
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff improvement plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership skills with remote/hybrid team management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to travel to Tampa facility 2-3 days weekly
