Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment

- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety culture
- Train and develop warehouse staff through structured coaching programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and RF scanners
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety record
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven ability to reduce operational costs by 10%+
- Experience managing 15+ person teams in union/non-union environments
