Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff while maintaining a safe, productive work environment
- Implement and optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations for multi-channel distribution
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Utilize WMS software to monitor KPIs and process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team on supply chain optimization strategies
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving productivity
