Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize WMS technology to track inventory and generate performance reports

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Physical ability to navigate warehouse environments safely
