Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free environment
- Train and mentor 15+ staff members on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement cycle count processes
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environment
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve productivity metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
