Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance management and training
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load planning
- Analyze operational metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operator certification programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and advanced knowledge of WMS systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to meet productivity and accuracy KPIs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
