Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless workflows
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control procedures
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
