Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and WMS oversight
- Coordinate receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping operations to meet SLAs
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols across all operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize transportation and storage solutions
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse technology
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
