Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment
- Optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and operational metrics
- Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain positive team dynamics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
