Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews to address team needs and operational goals.
- Manage conflict resolution and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping reports and shift scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior supervisory experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
