Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and manage dock operations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide team coaching
- Resolve operational issues and maintain compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied climate conditions
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
