Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs through process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and KPIs
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics/distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
