Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock discrepancies using our WMS.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of freight.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team under pressure.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
