Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA standards across all operations
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound shipping processes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
